This is test series 2 of 15 in this section. "Cookies" are small text files that can be created by JavaScripts or HTML embedded in web sites you visit; these text files are written to your hard drive. A Web site can reference its own cookies to track which pages youve visited on the site, which ad banners youve seen, whether youve registered on a site or not, and so forth. Some people hate cookies and regard them as an invasion of privacy. I don't. The link below gives you more detail on the pros and cons of cookies.
